SF 1940 In continuation of my despatch No. 54 of the 1st. instant, I have the honour to transmit a list of Hong Kong evacuees who sailed from Manila for Australis in Netherlands s.s. "Indrapoera" yesterday. The majority of the evacuees on this list are members of naval and dockyard families but a certain number of civilian relatives and atten lants are also included.
